Doss Health Clinic (DDHC), is improving medical care for Soldiers through a digital transformation led by Staff Sgt. Crystal Wilkerson, the clinic’s noncommissioned officer in charge (NCOIC). The initiative has reduced wait times, eased administrative tasks and expanded access to medical services.
