III Armored Corps commander visits Fort Cavazos SRU

FORT CAVAZOS, Texas –The III Armor Corps Commander, Lt. Gen. Kevin Admiral visited Fort Cavazos and the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center Soldier Recovery Unit March 21. Accompanied by III Armor Corps Command Sgt. Maj. John McDwyer, Admiral toured the organization’s Adaptive Reconditioning Program, received briefings from staff, and visited with cadre and civilian personnel who contribute to the SRU's success. He also presented coins and medals in recognition of their dedication and hard work.

BHCs perform brief, focused assessment and interventions with patients suffering from a range of conditions and assists the patient in making behavioral changes that optimize their health.

FALLS CHURCH, Va. — Do you currently live in the West Region? Do you pay for your TRICARE coverage using a bank electronic funds transfer, credit card, or debit card? If so, and you haven’t done so already, you must provide your payment information to the West Region contractor, TriWest Healthcare Alliance, by Wednesday, April 30. If you don’t act, you’ll be disenrolled, retroactive to your paid-through date. If you have TRICARE Prime, you should also know that the Defense Health Agency has extended the West Region referral approval waiver through April 30.

Intrepid Spirit Center Unlocking Fort Bragg Service Members’ Full Potential

FORT BRAGG, NORTH CAROLINA, UNITED STATES — FORT BRAGG, NC-- In their quest to provide top-notch care to active-duty service members, the Womack Army Medical Center Intrepid Spirit Center on Fort Bragg continuously monitors and improves their services. Their latest addition is the CBITE Plus program, which is an addendum to the Comprehensive Brain Injury Team Evaluation (CBITE) program that has long been a core component of Intrepid services.
