After-Hours Access to Hospital

IACH reminds our patients and visitors that after-hours access to the facility remains consolidated to the Emergency Department entrance. Since February 2025, the patient entrance has closed daily at 5 p.m. to ensure safety and efficiency with limited staffing.

Madigan Gate (Exit 122A) CLOSED OCT 10 - JAN 16 2026

🚧 Gate Closure Alert 🚧 Madigan Gate (I-5 exit 122A) will be CLOSED starting October 10, 2025, and is not scheduled to reopen till January 16, 2026. The Logistics Gate (I-5 exit 122B) will transition to 24-hour operations during this period. The Madigan gate is being closed for construction and to make improvements to the access control point. We encourage our valued patients to please plan their commutes accordingly during the gate closure and anticipate the potential for increased traffic at other gates.
