Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and Naval Medical Leader and Professional Development Command hosted the annual Summer Safety Day event on Naval Support Activity Bethesda June 18, 2024, encouraging people to be vigilance to prevent injuries that can come with heat and humidity, outdoor recreation and work, water activities and more during the summer months.

NCC Family Medicine Residency Program at ATAMMC Achieves 100% Board Pass Rate Over Nine-Year Period

The National Care Consortium (NCC) Family Medicine Residency Program at the Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC) has solidified its reputation for producing exceptional full-scope physicians capable of providing leadership in diverse environments. Since April 2015, the program has seen 117 graduating residents successfully pass their board certification exam on their first attempt, consistently surpassing the national average scores each year. This remarkable achievement has resulted in a perfect 100% board pass rate over the past nine years.

Stream Madigan's Healthcare Professionals Graduation Ceremony Class of 2024

JOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD, Wa. (June 14, 2024) – Madigan Army Medical Center celebrated the graduation of its 2024 graduate medical education class. The class consisted of 99 interns, residents and fellows from 23 different programs. Retired Gen. James Mattis was the keynote speaker at the ceremony. The graduates will now move on to the next step in their Army careers and provide support and care for servicemembers across the globe.
