22nd Medical Group rolls out plain language emergency alerts to enhance facility safety

McConnell AFB, Kan. — The 22nd Medical Group is enhancing safety and emergency preparedness at its facilities by implementing a new system of plain language alerts. This initiative will replace coded language with clear, simple terms for critical security situations.

FALLS CHURCH, Va. — Do you get care at a military hospital or clinic? Starting Jan. 20, you’ll be able to access lab results, radiology reports, pathology reports, and clinical notes immediately through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.

Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, BETHESDA, MD — Behind the 600-plus specialized providers who come through Uniformed Services University (USU), the Health Professional Scholarship Program, and other military training programs at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), stands a powerhouse team: the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Coordinators and Administrative Professionals.
