CRDAMC dietitian supports parents with nutrition before and after pregnancy

Capt. Aisha Perez launched a temporary walk-in nutrition clinic at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center to support expecting and postpartum parents. In less than three weeks, the clinic helped more than 60 patients and highlighted the growing need for accessible nutrition services. Through personalized counseling, patients gained confidence and learned practical ways to improve their health before and after pregnancy.
