FORT RILEY, Kansas  –   Effective Monday 09 April 2024, all Soldiers assigned or attached to the 97th MP Battalion will receive their medical care at Irwin Army Community Hospital located at 650 Huebner Rd., Fort Riley.
 
Soldiers with assigned Primary Care Manager, Dr. Carney, should report to the Ground Floor, co-located with the WIC clinic, for scheduled appointments or sick call visits. Before entering the waiting area near the elevator, Soldiers must obtain a Q-flow ticket from the Q-flow device.

Sick call procedures are as follows: appointments are available from 0730-0900 Monday through Friday. During sick call visits, Soldiers must bring a signed sick call 689 slip and will be screened by the Medics at the clinic.
