In a test of skill, grit, and teamwork, more than 130 military medical professionals and combat medics converged at Fort Hood this week for the annual Joint Emergency Medicine Exercise—a high-stakes training event where the next generation of battlefield lifesavers honed their abilities to deliver critical care under fire. Hosted by Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, JEMX pushed Army, Navy, Air Force, and allied medical teams through realistic combat casualty scenarios, forging readiness and resilience for the challenges of tomorrow’s deployed environments.
