Starting April 4, Irwin Army Community Hospital will transition its Central Appointment Line (239-DOCS) to a new call-handling platform. This upgrade is designed to enhance service efficiency, but patients should be aware of a few key changes during the transition.

FORT CARSON, Colo. — The Fort Carson Intrepid Spirit Center hosted an Open House Friday, March 21, 2025, to increase awareness for the center’s services, and to support Brain Injury Awareness Month. The Fort Carson Intrepid Spirit Center, or ISC, is a state-of-the-art treatment facility dedicated to the assessment and care of concussions and other forms of brain Injuries.

Staff Sgt. Carlie Pack, a 68P Radiology Specialist assigned to the Evans Army Community Hospital Radiology Department, is ready for her upcoming deployment, thanks to a recent collaboration with a local Colorado Springs hospital. Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs stepped in to provide training on a Computed Tomography, or CT, scanner that wasn’t available at Fort Carson.

Community partnership facilitates training opportunity

FORT CARSON, Colo. — An Evans Army Community Hospital Soldier is ready for her upcoming deployment, thanks to a recent collaboration with a local Colorado Springs hospital. Staff Sgt. Carlie Pack, a 68P Radiology Specialist assigned to the EACH Radiology Department, was tasked to support an upcoming deployment, but wanted some additional training on a Computed Tomography, or CT, scanner that wasn’t available at Fort Carson.

Lieutenant Junior Grade Joelle Borja is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Behavioral Health Provider aboard Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point. In her own words, she walks alongside her patients “through tough stuff.”

Act Now, TRICARE Online Patient Portal to Be Decommissioned April 1

FORT CAVAZOS, Texas – The Department of Defense has fully transitioned to MHS GENESIS, the new electronic health record system, along with its MHS GENESIS Patient Portal MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. As a result, the TRICARE Online (TOL) Patient Portal will be decommissioned on April 1. To keep a complete personal record of your medical history, you must log in to the TOL Patient Portal and download your records before April 1.
