Moody Assists SGMC Vaccination Drive

MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- 10 Airmen from the 23rd Medical Group at Moody Air Force Base volunteered to vaccinate members of the Valdosta community at two South Georgia Medical Center COVID-19 vaccination drive-through locations, Aug. 28, 2021.

Leadership at Naval Health Cherry Point recognized two staff members Friday, August 27 for their excellent performance and contributions to patient safety while serving aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. Fort Rucker Army Base, AL — Following the FDA’s approval of a booster dose of both the Pfizer-BioNTech and the Moderna COVID-19 vaccines for people with certain immunocompromised conditions, Lyster Army Health Clinic is now providing an additional dose of the Moderna vaccine to people with the following conditions:

CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. (June 21, 2021) - Medical personnel assigned to Navy Expeditionary Medical Facility - M care for a simulated patient during a training exercise at Naval Expeditionary Medical Training Institute at Camp Pendleton, California. The evolution evaluated the EMF’s patient processing and coordination across functional areas. As a result, the EMF was certified with Tier 1 capability, with the ability to deploy and provide combat operations medical support to U.S. Fleet Forces.
