Exciting news from A.T. Augusta Military Medical Center Outpatient Pharmacy!

By Kyle Lee Harvey

Introducing our brand new Pharmacy Rapid Lane - your dedicated express route for prescription pickups!

The Rapid Return for Pickup (RR4P) lanes are for patients using our Q-Anywhere system to pick our medications. Once the medication is filled, patients receive the text that it is ready. They will return to the pharmacy, show the greeter or concierge the message, and then proceed to the Rapid Return for Pickup Lane.

The RR4P lane expedites the pickup process for a patient who has received a text that their prescription is ready for pickup. This line is only for pickup, not for requesting a new prescription fill at the pharmacy window.

The Rapid Return for Pickup lane was developed in response to customer service ICE comment responses as a suggestion to decrease wait time for those returning for pick up and to decrease overall wait times.

Thank you again for your input and we look forward to seeing you in our new RR4P lane during your next visit!
