Keller receives The Leapfrog Group Top General Hospital Award

KELLER ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, N.Y. — Keller Army Community Hospital receives the ‘Top General Hospital Award’ from The Leapfrog Group for demonstrating the highest performance in the nation on quality and patient safety, including ethical billing and informed patient consent procedures, lower infection rates, prevention of medication errors, and surgical safety.

Snow removal teams tended to sidewalks and parking areas for patient and staff safety as more than four inches fell on Fort Leavenworth during the day.

Munson Army Health Center prepares patients for winter safety

FORT LEAVENWORTH, Kansas — As winter weather arrives in the region, Munson Army Health Center leaders remain committed to protecting the health and safety of patients and staff.

Leadership at Naval Health Cherry Point recognized two staff members Friday, August 27 for their excellent performance and contributions to patient safety while serving aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. Hospitalman Kiya F. Smith a member of the clinic’s Laboratory Staff was presented a certificate and coin from Navy Capt. Elizabeth Adriano, the clinic’s commander.
