BAMC Auxiliary grants support patients, staff

FORT CAVAZOS, Texas – In an age of constant connectivity and information overload, the ancient practice of mindfulness has emerged as a powerful tool for improving mental and physical well-being. Mindfulness, at its core, is the human ability to be fully present and aware of our surroundings and actions, without becoming overly reactive or overwhelmed. While we all naturally possess the ability to be mindful, it is a skill that can be enhanced through regular practice. The key to cultivating mindfulness lies in consistency. By bringing awareness to our sensory experiences, thoughts, and emotions, we can develop a greater sense of clarity and focus.
