The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

🚧 Gate Closure Alert 🚧 Madigan Gate (I-5 exit 122A) will be CLOSED starting October 14, 2025, and is not scheduled to reopen till January 16, 2026. The Logistics Gate (I-5 exit 122B) will transition to 24-hour operations during this period. The Madigan gate is being closed for construction and to make improvements to the access control point. We encourage our valued patients to please plan their commutes accordingly during the gate closure and anticipate the potential for increased traffic at other gates.
