SCMH Change in Hours of Operation

FORT RILEY, Kansas  –   Effective 24 March 2025, the Soldier Centered Medical Homes (SCMH) at Farrelly Health Clinic and Aviation Health Clinic will adjust their hours of operation.
New Hours of Operation:
  • Monday–Friday: 0630–1530 hours
  • Closed: Federal holidays
  • Consolidated Services: On DONSA (Days of No Scheduled Activities) and minimal manning days, services will be consolidated at the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) clinic at Irwin Army Community Hospital.
Current Hours (until 23 March 2025):
0730–1630 hours
This change is designed to better align resources and ensure continued access to high-quality care for our beneficiaries. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we implement this adjustment.
