BACH Conducts NCO Induction Ceremony

Blanchfield Army Community Hospital conducted an NCO Induction Ceremony, June 14, where Soldiers were formally welcomed into the U.S. Army’s Noncommissioned Officer Corps. NCO Induction Ceremony is a time-honored Army custom marking the transition of an individual Soldier to a leader in the NCO Corps. It's a formal recognition for new corporals and sergeants, marking their increased responsibility for training and leading junior enlisted Soldiers for a ready Force.
