Walk-In Contraceptive Services
You’re now able to easily get all your contraceptive care in one place: the 51st MDG. Services will be offered in the Warrior Operational Medical Clinic (active duty only), the Flight Medicine Clinic, and the Women’s Health Clinic.
These walk-in services will be available at all three clinics every Tuesday, 8 – 10 a.m.
Services Offered
- Short Acting Reversible Contraceptives (birth control pills, patch, ring, Depo-Provera injections)
- Hormonal and non-hormonal Long Acting Reversible Contraceptives (Mirena, Kyleena, ParaGard, Nexplanon)
- Emergency contraceptive (may pick up at the pharmacy without a prescription)
How it Works
No appointment necessary! Walk in to the above clinics Tuesdays 8 -10 a.m., complete intake forms, provide a urine specimen for a pregnancy test at our lab, receive counseling on available options, choose a birth control method that suits your and your family’s needs, and leave with your desired method (some exclusions may apply). If we are at capacity, we will schedule you in the next available appointment or have you come to the next walk-in clinic the following Tuesday.
