Kenner Army Health Clinic Enhances Patient Care with Clinical Support Staff Protocols

Kenner Army Health Clinic has implemented Clinical Support Staff Protocols (CSSPs) to reduce wait times and improve access to care for common acute conditions. By allowing nurses and medical assistants to assist patients early in their visit, the clinic streamlines care, improves efficiency, and reduces pharmacy wait times. Staff and patients alike have noted the positive impact of the new process.
