The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

EFMP observes Down Syndrome Awareness Month

RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany – The laughter and excitement of kids on the playground fills the air on a sunny October afternoon.

86th OMRS Mental Health Flight Supports Military, Evacuees

During Afghanistan evacuation operations, the 86th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron’s mental health flight has been targeted to care for the military and evacuees.

Public Health Prevents Disease in Pods

As part of Operation Allies Refuge, the Public Health team at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, is continuously out in the evacuee camps sharing tips and enforcing regulations to keep Airmen, volunteers and evacuees healthy.
