The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

COVID-19 Vaccine Scheduling Information for Patients

The 75th Medical Group is currently offering initial/booster COVID-19 (Pfizer only) and influenza vaccines to all active duty, GS, contractors, family members and retirees. Vaccines are available based upon supply. We do not yet have the vaccine for the 5-11 age group. Please check back for updates. An appointment is required to receive your vaccine, no walk-ins will be allowed.

Nursing mothers here have a new place to go to safely and privately breastfeed or pump breastmilk with the arrival of a lactation pod located inside the Customer Support Center in building 430.
