Job seekers looking to make an immediate impact in military medicine still have time to take the next step toward a career at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, with advance registration open through July 10 for a hiring event aimed at filling more than 100 critical positions.
The Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center Job Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, July 17, at Texas A&M University-Central Texas, Warrior Hall Multipurpose Room, first floor, on E. Campus Drive in Killeen, Texas.
CRDAMC is recruiting for more than 100 clinical and non-clinical positions that directly support the care of Soldiers, retirees, families, and other eligible beneficiaries.
Applicants are encouraged to register and submit a resume of two pages or less, along with applicable licenses, certifications, and supporting documents, by July 10. Advance registration helps streamline the hiring process and may allow qualified candidates to receive a tentative job offer during the event. Those who miss the deadline may still attend as walk-ins.
“The job fair is designed to make the hiring process more accessible and give applicants the opportunity to meet directly with hiring managers,” said Yuriko Lee, deputy chief, CRDAMC Human Resources Office. “Registering in advance and submitting the required documents helps us move candidates through the process more efficiently, but we also welcome walk-ins who want to explore career opportunities with our team.”
The July 10 registration deadline is intended to help expedite applicant processing ahead of the event. However, candidates who are unable to register beforehand are still encouraged to attend.
“We are looking for talented professionals from a wide range of clinical and non-clinical backgrounds who are committed to serving others,” said Lt. Col. Renata Russo, chief of Human Resources. “Whether you’re beginning your career, seeking a new challenge, or bringing years of experience, we encourage you to come learn about the opportunities available at CRDAMC. Our goal is to connect qualified candidates with meaningful careers that support Army medicine and our military community.”
Available opportunities include positions for physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, pharmacists, behavioral health providers, physical therapy providers, medical and health technicians, hospital support staff, and a variety of healthcare and administrative professionals.
