Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Specialty Clinic Check-In Consolidation

FORT RILEY, Kansas  –   Effective Nov. 3, 2025, all patients visiting specialty care clinics located on the 2nd floor of Irwin Army Community Hospital will check in at the OB/GYN & Well Women’s Clinic front desk. This consolidation is part of an ongoing effort to optimize staff resources.

The change affects patients visiting the following clinics:

• Orthopedics
• Podiatry
• Brace Shop
• Optometry
• Ophthalmology
• Audiology
• General Surgery
• OB/GYN & Well Women

Ambulatory Surgery and Oral Surgery will continue checking in patients at their respective locations.

Patients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment to allow adequate time for check-in and reduce delays.
Don’t forget to keep your family’s information up to date in DEERS!
