Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Cherry Point Clinic Celebrates Pharmacy Staff

Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point celebrated the Sailors and civilians serving in the facility’s Pharmacy during the month of October, 2025.

October is known as “American Pharmacists Month,” with October 19 to October 25 as “National Pharmacy Week” and October 21 as “National Pharmacy Technician Day.”

The Pharmacy team ensures the wellness and safety of Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point patients each day through the issuance of medication and instruction of its use while ensuring service members have the prescriptions needed to maintain their medical readiness.
