Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic  –   Schofield Barracks, HI – Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic (DDHC) will relocate several key services throughout October to enhance patient care within its Soldier Centered Medical Home (SCMH) and Pediatrics department.

Relocation Details:
The Pediatrics department and 2nd Brigade SCMH will move to new locations from Oct. 9-12.

• Pediatrics will move to the first floor of Building D-677.  All patient care and services will remain available, except on Oct. 10.  A reduced schedule will be in effect on Oct. 10.
• 2nd Brigade SCMH will move to the first floor of Building B-680. All patient care and services will remain available during the relocation process.
• Both clinics will be closed on Monday, Oct. 13 (federal holiday) and fully operational in their new locations on Tuesday, Oct. 14. See map for details.

The 3rd Brigade SCMH and 25th Infantry Division SCMH will move to new locations from Oct. 23-24. 

• 3rd Brigade SCMD will move to Building B-680. All patient care will remain available during the relocation process.
• 25th ID SCMH will move to Building B-690. All patient care will remain available during the relocation process.
• Both clinics will be fully operational in their new locations on Monday, Oct. See map for details.

Patient Actions:
Patients with appointments during the move dates (Oct. 9-12 and Oct. 23-24) are encouraged to confirm their location with their provider.
