JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND –
Defense Health Agency's Federal Civilian employees can make changes to their health, dental, and vision insurance plans and enroll in the Federal Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS) from now through Dec. 9 when Federal Benefits Open Season concludes at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern-Time).
Any changes or enrollments made during the Open Season will take effect in January 2025.
