Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

MACDILL AIR FORCE BASE, Fla.  –   U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Kevin Renteria-Maldonado, a bioenvironmental technician, helps store medications at the 6th Medical Group Drive-Thru Pharmacy on MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., Sept. 30, 2024. The pharmacy opened Sept. 26 to process prescriptions and prevent further delays in care after Hurricane Helene spurred base-wide closures. The team processed over 1.5K prescriptions in six hours.
