Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Tripler Army Medical Center  –   Please join us in celebrating Nurse Practitioner Week, Nov. 12-18! Nurse practitioners are trained to assess patient needs, order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests, diagnose disease, and formulate and prescribe treatment plans.
Family Medicine nurse practitioners Maj. Emily Robinson and Capt. Kathlyn Dino enjoy being able to help patients feel their best. Both have dedicated themselves to developing a strong knowledge base in medicine.
