Tripler Army Medical Center 2023 Best Medic Competition

Congratulations to the 2023 Best Medic Competition winner Staff Sgt. Alexander Haynes and runner up Spc. Bowook Lee!

Competitors from Tripler Army Medical Center and the Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic competed in the Best Medic Competition Aug. 14 through 17 at Schofield Barracks. During the three-day event, competitors tackled the Army Combat Fitness Test, 6-mile Ruck March, Combat Water Survival Training, Jungle 5K, Land Navigation, Stress Shoot, Warrior Task & Battle Drills, Medical Lane, written test, and a mystery event, which consisted of the Expert Field Medical Badge Army Combat Fitness Test.

Well done to our competitors, Capt. James Molidor, 1st Lt. Josiah Tuch, Sgt. 1st Class Sidney Curtis, Staff Sgt. Andrew Popma, Staff Sgt. Alexander Haynes, Staff Sgt. Andres Fernandez, and Spc. Bowook Lee.
