Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Tripler Army Medical Center presents DAISY AWARD

Tripler Army Medical Center  –   Please join us in congratulating Melisa Joines, a registered nurse in Medical Surgical Services, who received a DAISY Award on April 27.
A patient’s family nominated Joines for the award after she brought calm, empathetic and extraordinary care during the patient’s hour of need.
The DAISY Award was created in 1999 by the @DAISY Foundation to honor nurses throughout the year.
