Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

COMING SOON: New clinic and pharmacy hours

NAVAL AIR STATION PATUXENT RIVER, Md.  –   Naval Health Clinic Patuxent River and its pharmacy will be changing hours, effective Oct. 28 and 31, respectively.

Effective Friday, Oct. 28, 2022, the clinic will be open:
  • Monday-Thursday 7 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Friday 7 a.m.-2 p.m.
Effective Monday, Oct. 31, 2022, the pharmacy will be open:
  • Monday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Tuesday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Both will remain closed on weekends and federal holidays.

The change is due to updated staff training hours, which are currently held on Wednesday mornings. The new schedule will allow clinic and pharmacy staff to better serve patients and their healthcare and medication needs while still providing time to complete important training. Training hours are essential to maintaining and enhancing staff skills and ensuring their ability to provide safe, quality care. The last Wednesday morning closure was on Oct. 19, 2022.
