Fort Rucker Army Base, AL  –   Pharmacy will be closed to beneficiaries to allow staff to clear all backlogs and reset for improved workflows and processes starting Oct 17.

OCTOBER 11-12:  Reduced services, new prescriptions drop offs will not be available.

OCTOBER 17:  ** NEW** Drop Off Forms no longer required. Same day service implemented!

OCTOBER 17-21:  Increased wait times initially but will return to normal.

To help expedite our return to normal:  If network enrolled and you do not have a Lyster PCM, contact your off post provider to request a renewal or updated script to be sent to Lyster.  This will send the prescription directly into the new system to be used when your next refill is due, removing the need to cross-check between our legacy system and MHS GENESIS.
