Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Free At-Home COVID Test Kits Available

Naval Health Clinic Patuxent River has free at-home COVID test kits available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Each I.D. card holder is eligible to receive up to eight test kits per month. Make arrangements to pick up your test through our drive-thru COVID clinic by calling 301-342-2684.
 
All U.S. households are also eligible to receive eight free at-home tests (two sets of four) from the federal government. Order yours at https://www.covidtests.gov.
 
If you test positive for COVID-19 using a home test, be sure to contact us (or your healthcare provider) to report your results so that your healthcare record can be updated and so that you can receive self-care and treatment options. You can submit your results by:

  • TRICARE Online securing messaging
  • Phone call to your healthcare team
  • Military hospital or clinic appointment line (855-227-6331)
  • Virtual appointment
