The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Pharmacy Patient Call-In Voicemail is currently experiencing IT issues. As we work on addressing these concerns, the voicemail capability is temporarily unavailable. The patient call in lines are still open during normal business hours (344-255-7178/7175) for medication specific questions. If you have an emergent medication-specific question and you are unable to contact us, please contact your provider or a speak with a pharmacist at one of your local neighborhood pharmacies for general medication related questions.
 
To activate new prescriptions please continue to use the drop off shack or https://app.tolsecuremessaging.com.
