Urgent Care
Urgent Care services treat non-life-threatening health issues that require immediate attention, such as sprains, the flu, colds, and other common illnesses.

Emergency Care
If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical situation (including mental health emergencies), call 911 on base immediately or visit Osan Air Base if it's your nearest hospital. Emergency care services treat life-threatening medical issues such as threats to your life, limbs, sight, or safety.
Emergency Services at Osan Air Base
We provide emergency services to active duty personnel, dependents, retirees and civil service members who work on base. Ambulance services responds to 911 emergencies on base only.
The Osan Air Base Hospital has an Emergency Room for emergent care, which is available to all who present, regardless of enrollment status or TRICARE eligibility. For non-enrollees, we refer patients seeking non urgent care to host nation hospitals to receive primary/routine care.
