Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Laboratory

We offer routine laboratory sample collection and testing, and reference laboratory services with no appointment necessary. Glucose tolerance tests (3-hour tests must be started by 1 p.m.) and post-vasectomy semen analysis are offered on a walk-in basis. Blood donor pre-screening is available for all active duty military on Mondays, excluding holidays, down days and raining days.
